One PSD to CSS/XHTML

I would like one PSD file that I have designed turned into tableless, valid, transitional CSS/XHTML. I'd like for the main section to expand automatically with added text. I'd like for it to be spliced so there are at least three images that I can add alt tags to. The PSD features several areas that have text and I'd like for the PSD to be spliced without the text so that the same text can be added in the same font style in the code. I'd like for all links (excluding Nav. menu) to underline on hover including the link to my business name at the bottom of the pages. The truck in the lower left corner and the watermark in the main section should be added as separate images (so they can be easily removed or changed later). The Nav. menu links will have a mouseover effect that I will finish later, they should be left as images (not turned into text) but please do included the mouseover coade for those links.
