Frontpage Template needed for website

We are an up-start company in the process of redesigning a website. Previously our techie guy designed the site, but we need a more polished and elegant look. He uses FrontPage and will insert all text, photos and wav files into the page templates. The navagation has been determined, but we need a graphic designer to give us a look that will represent the company.
We are looking for someone who understands readability, branding and graphic design.
Our web site will be used as a business-to-business marketing tool. Although we are about music, we are not looking for a funky look, but rather a simple, clean and elegant look. Our current reconstruction page can be found at [url removed, login to view], and somewhat represents the image we are trying to project. (The logo on that page is not our current logo, and the color is not what we will be using.)
The page template must be easily adaptable to expansion, as we will continually be adding more pages. Any buttons or navigation bars must be easily adjusted for our techie guy to change.
As mentioned previously, we are an upstart company. We have a B&W logo, but have not chosen a color. Page templates should be created to easily change the color.
