Logo/Header Design for Website

I need 2 logos/headers and footers for 2 minisites that I am building. Also need 2 matching ebook cover designs to accommodate each design. The first site is called "ebay partrol" and is a site that will show people how to find exactly what they're looking for on ebay. The second site is called "profit splash" and is a site that I'm teaching people how to make money through using affiliate programs. I'm looking for a cartoonish type character for the ebay patrol logo and for the second, I'm looking for a mixture of money and water type logo.
