Logo and Wordpress layout design.

We need someone to design a logo and a Wordpress. Below are the details for the project. Logo: Must be done in a scalable format like .ai Concept for this logo will be a young man standing holding a globe in his hand next to a wheelchair. The person standing has conquered the wheelchair and is off to conquer the world in a sense. The globe we would like to have more like a mesh style then the actual globe but the world none the less. Should be on a black background and illustrated. I have attached an example of what we mean the ONEoneONE does not need to be where it is but it gives you a general idea. Wordpress Layout: Wordpress should follow the same flow from the logo that is above. Black style with twitter integrated in it. Needs to have a clean simple style for WP plus be coded and ready to go when finished. IMPORTANT: In order to be considered for this project please supply a mock-up for the logo and your idea on what you think would be best. If you do not supply a mock-up your bid will not be considered.
