Outsource IT developer and Website Development

Straight to the point, this is the first time I post here (after talked with a few bidder before I repost this, reply thanks!) and I would like to outsource all my IT related duties and future clients jobs. As I owned a few companies but we don’t have IT department yet. I won’t hire non-professional in my company therefore I rather want to partner with a few outsource agent to help my business: website development, strategic product development, ERP implementation…etc. There will be few things needed to be launched within the year and for testing performance, and this was the first job I post: Website for my newly launched creative agency – we don’t have much portfolio on hand therefore please treat this as a new business, I will be only providing followings: 1. An HTML5 main page with stunning effects integrating my 3 companies logos to divide my customers to view for different business as I have few companies: recreation (small contractor in construction sector ). advertising (agency, this is the one I posting now). Sportswear (custom sportswear)… you can give me some more attractive ideas also… 2. Target Audience – clients from big to small who need everything about creative 3. Servicing scope - branding, graphic, 3D, animation, video production, website development, IT solution, product development and marketing consultation 4. Creative illustration and interactive elements to be included in the theme 5. A creative 3D character shall be included 6. Browser and mobile compatible: preferred HTML5 & jquery effects 7. Preferred to use wordpress as the backend CMS 8. Pages like: A. Advertising homepage – showing sticky post on blog, stunning effects also B. Who we are C. What we Do – service described above D. Blog (needed to with html5 player also as we have videos and animation to be shown, to draw viewers with trendy advertising matters, sticky post or premium post should be updating on advertising homepage) E. Gallery (updating recent jobs) F. Contact 9. Social login or like buttons for comments or login, suggest the best solution to drive more views to website 10. Treat this website as a sustainable and product can be developing further to run itself. Welcome business ideas. Please bid and submit your proposal and treat us as marketing and creative agency.
