simple site redesign and graphics

Hello, I have a website at www.precisionclean.net. The site is currently set up so that each page loads independently with the flash animations and buttons require reloading on every page. What I'm looking for is to make the top, left and bottom static so they only need to load once. And then when you click on a navigation link it loads the content of the page in the content area rather than reloading the entire page including the flash and bottom links. I would also like to add some graphics, little animations the top of each page. For example I would like the words "About Us" at the top of the about us page below the flash banner/header. I would also like to redesign the current "services" page to include some move in/out packages we offer and also list other services we offer. * For the graphics/images for the pages I would like the following. - About Us - Our Services - Precision Clean Guarantee - Coupons - Gift Certificates - Frequently Asked Questions - Free On-line Estimate - Contact Us - Gold Package - Platinum Package - Move in/out Package I will require all final files used.
