Site Header/Logo and CSS

My site needs a new header/logo and a modified CSS. Currently it is just using the basic template that the company I use provided, so I want to customize it to make it look unique for my users. It is designed to be customized, you will be able to do everything from within the CSS. I will need a header graphic that will include the logo, and a few misc. graphics. Overall I want it to be pretty simple and clean, nothing fancy. For the CSS, all I am wanting is a different color scheme. This project should be pretty quick for a decent graphics artist with CSS expertise.
The type of site is for selling aftermarket tickets, sports tickets, concert tickets, etc.
For the additional graphics that I mentioned, they will be for each category. For example, the sports page will have categories for football, golf, etc. Each represented by a large icon. I want custom images for each of these. In total it will be around 14 images, about 100x100 pixels. Again, nothing fancy. Professional, unique, and better than what is currently there is what I need.
