234500 Template for site

I have a website that I need a simple nice web 2.0 template built for which will require a few mods for different pages.. There will be no ftp access and the template needs to fit the pages correctly via explorer save as to download the pages to fit template. This template cost $90 to build and has 4 versions to fit for different pages.. I do not want this same template, I want better... It needs to be simple and fast loading... it needs to be able to expand and at least match the attached PSD to some extent, this will be my forum template...vbulletin
