Unique Website Designing & Copyrighting

Hi, I am looking for someone who can create a fully functional website. Am looking for someone whose abilities include professional copyrighting, outstanding graphic designing and website development for an etailing business. Details given below : I need the person to design the website which will contain approximately 15 unique pages. I have an existing logo for the site, which I will provide to the winning bidder. The design has to be 1. Unique (please do not copy from existing templates) 2. Eye catching 3. Have colors that are well co-ordinated 4. Something that customers can relate to 5. Provide for easy navigation 6. Portray the brand values of the company 7. Site should load quickly 8. Convey a modern clean and crisp look 9. Have global appeal 9. Appeal to a broad audience 10. Simple User Interface I am looking for a professional copyrighter who can write fifteen original and outstanding articles in flawless English. The copyrighting is for a etailing website, so I need the content to be SEO Optimized and keyword dense. The articles would be for the following webpages 1. The Home Page (which will have an introduction about the business etc) 2. Store Policies 3. About Us 4. Promotions Page 5. FAQ 6. Privacy Policy 7. Very brief introduction to the different categories of the products (more details about this in pm 8. Contact us (very brief statement for this page; maybe just a one or a two liner) 9. Details about the rest of the articles will be provided in pmb I am looking for articles that are : 1. Succint 2. Unique 3. Original 4. Interesting to read 5. SEO Optimized 6. Articles should be formatted for the web 7. More Details About this will be provided in pmb I will give you some examples of websites that (I feel) have good copyrighting and are well designed with referance to what I am looking for I would like the site to be a fully functional CMS website so that I can modify things, create category pages, insert comments etc as and when I might need to; will need admin login I will own the copyrights to use and to publish all the work produced as a result of this project. Also I will need the source code Samples of your previous work would be appreciated, especially work related to copyrighting for websites. Please do not send generic bids. I am looking for very high quality work, so kindly bid only if you have experience handling similar projects in the past Ideally I would like a single service provider to take on this project and do the copyrighting, web designing and coding.
