67112 Web Design for Political Blog

[login to view URL] is a blog site for voices from all side of the political fence. This past week rwright did a great job in customizing the newlife blogger script to accomodate three different blogs -- Democrats. Republicans. None of the Above. -- into the same platform. It's a fully templateable layout so I need a designer to make it look slick. Check the site out and you will see that the blog engines are working. What I need is to mold that into my envisioned design. I need the newlife logo replaced with one for Bipartisanship.com. I have an old logo, but I trust you can drum up something better (yet I can revert to the old logo if you wish). I want the three areas where they are -- Democrats to the left. Republicans to the right. None of the Above at the bottom. -- but I want the areas more distinct. I want the Democrats area shaded in a blue background (where the text is still readable of course), Republicans in red and None of the Above in white. Each of the three should also have the buttons to log in and to create a new blog (don't worry -- they all go to the same pages as the links there to the left already). I need a stylish, classy, fast-loading design. A little SEO wouldn't hurt, but not necessary.
