Web 2.0 Lead Capture Page Design

I am looking for someone knowledgable and experienced with lead capture page design.

My site (mycashrevolution [dot] com) is pretty good in terms of SEO but I would like the person to improve upon the SEO rating as well as redesign the page with new graphics...etc.

It is up to you to take out what you feel is not nesscary...and add in what you feel is nessacary. I also have a list of testimonials that I would like to add.

Please also take a look at my tour and see if anything from the tour should be added on the main page.
