Website banner designer needed.

Project Description: I am looking for a talented and creative graphic designer to make banner titles and images for my website. I have a basic idea of what I want, but you must have good ideas so you can make my ideas better so the graphics are amazing and look perfect with my website. For this project, you will create the following: -Website Name ( Professional Gamers League) with PGL under it. -Banner should be 760x240 and in .PSD format. - I want Angel wings around the banner and if you can think of something else to make the banner look good it would be great to show me your ideas also. My budget is about $30 to $80. If I receive many bids from people who can do everything I need, the project will probably go to the lowest bidder that has the best ideas for me. I also want to work with someone that will provide excellent customer service; this includes providing good communication and keeping me updated on the project, making revisions until every detail is perfect, and doesn't mind helping me and answering any questions I may have. I also may have more graphic design projects in the future for you if we like working together. Please don't waste your time bidding if you can't do this project and/or provide me everything I have asked for. PLEASE include examples if you have any showing off your skills.
