I need a website designed. It can be from scratch or based on a template, but if it's from a template, it must be modified enough as to not look like the template.
I want the menu and navigation to be easily changed, added to or removed from, and non-graphical. A graphical button with HTML text on it is okay. All graphical design (except the logos) must be background-oriented, so that text can be laid on top of it. [url removed, login to view] is a good example of this: note how the tabs at the top have regular text in them, that can be changed in the coding.
Everything about the site and navigation must be easily changeable within the coding for someone with average HTML skills.
I also require a lot of pharmaceutical-related clipart, which you can include in a zip file, and I will add them to the site myself. The clipart will only be used for this site, so you shouldn't be breaching any licenses. Bid must include amount of clipart you will include with the project.
You are only designing the bones of the website, the basic functionality (header, footer, navigation). I will, add the actual content myself. The basic site you will create will be ~12-15 pages, but again they will be basically blank except for header, footer and navigation.
One thing I would like is a sort of wave design (as in water) that follows through from the top of the page, down the menu side and back across the footer - but it must be able to follow the size of the page (so if I add more text and make the page bigger, it will automatically follow)
Also, I will require a logo. I have a preliminary logo you can base yourself on, and I will require many different version of the logo (with text, without, etc - probably about 15 versions in all, but all based on the same logo, to be used in different areas of the site and on letterhead and such)
Payment will be made by escrow, and will only be released once all work is completed to my satisfaction. Work MUST be finished within the timeframe you specify. Availability by MSN is a plus, and enough English to understand what I'm talking about is a must.
Looking forward to working with you :)
