website template design modification

Have an existing photoshop PSD file of a web template that needs some modification and redesign, especially of header and top navigation. 95% of the design is already done and in fact the site is live, but these parts need tweaking. I need a very good designer who can use initiative, imagination and innovation! Your designs have to be unique, different, eye catching, appealing and get the message across. Please place your $30 bid if you would like to do this job, as well as examples of your work. Minimum 3 years of advanced photoshop skill and web design experience required! Unlimited revisions may be required. This job will lead to future design jobs as well, as we have a regular need.
