Convert a Template to a Website (combined with existing website XHTML / CSS)

My client [login to view URL] requires an updated header area on their website. The header will include the jquery flexslider which will have around 10 images. The psd design for the new header is attached and an example of the working slider can be found here: [login to view URL] What I require: 1. Header and Nav - Convert the attached 'new freeway [login to view URL]' into XHTML - The markup from the new header must be able to be used across the whole of the existing site. Please also read the 'PLEASE [login to view URL]' file. The output of this step will be a complete XHTML page including the new header and the remainder of the existing home page. I will then use this to integrate into the rest of the site - The above XHTML file should include the working FlexSlider component - The images for the slider are included in the attached 'Optimised [login to view URL]' - Provide css for the new header / nav panel. This must be combined with the existing css files (The css files can be downloaded directly from [login to view URL]). 2. Download page ([login to view URL]) Provide a simple redesign (output in XHTML / css) for the download page. This will include the four images from 'pdf download [login to view URL]' that will link to pdf files that will be stored on the server. Again, the css must be combined with the existing css from [login to view URL] ~ Note:I understand that [login to view URL] currently uses jquery 1.3.2 and that I'll need to get a later version to run the FlexSlider. I will ensure that the rest of the site functionality works with the new version of jquery
