Hello to the Prestashop community,
Dentogem an e-commerce supplier for the Dental surgeon’s community mainly in France. We operate our oScommerce platform since several years and currently we have decided to change the platform and migrate it to Prestashop while adding a new module for basic accounting.
We would like to migrate our e-shop from oScommerce 2,2 to latest Prestashop version.
Contractor should provide turnkey that will contain, migration, installation of new platform, test and training.
There is currently about 550 products, 450 customers, ~1200 invoices that 200-300 are still open ones (unpaid). There is also content, video, animations to transfer to the new site see dentogem site.
We look for an experienced contractor that can assure quality work, respect his engagements and deliver as per agreed platform. Its clear that for a contractor that has French language abilities the assignment will be easier, while writing that, all communication with me will be in English.

Below are some items (not complete list) to cover:
Migrate existing oScommerce to Prestashop
1- Import current oScommerce structure, design, navigation tree, content and functionalities site to Prestashop
a. Import all customer related content (customers, invoices…)
b. Import all Products related content,(Prodcuts and its settings, current import stock, pics…)
c. Import all scientific content, media etc…
d. Configure 10 predefined exports to CSV or XLS
e. Set different VAT modes as well as No VAT for export
2- Configure and install a CMS such as Joomla or Drupal, Wordpress
3- Manage open account for regular customers as well as online payment system CIC (used currently) and add PayPal
New requested functionalities, (if possible in SaaS mode):
1- Customer accounting follow up (invoices, payments, unpaid mailing remainder…) Gestion des ventes : devis, factures, avoirs, règlements)
• Check remittance to the bank (printable xls form that will contain the customers checks received info) (Bordereaux de remise de chèques en banque)
• Partial customer payments (example: customer sends a check that cover 3,5 invoices) (Suivre les règlements clients, pointage des règlements, gestion des reliquats, Relance client…
2- Products and stock management, low stock alerts, suppliers order.. (Gestion du catalogue produit ,Suivi des stocks : bons d’entrée/sortie, seuil minimum, alertes…)
• Product code bar scanning for order preparation and stock arrival input (optional)
• Consultation du stock à date
• Historiques des mouvements
• Saisie de mouvements entrées/sorties
• Gestion des inventaires
• Visualisation du stock par article
3- Basic accounting abilities (French rules) with export or SaaS abilities allowing the accountant to work remotely
4- Configure basic 7 reports (Statistiques des ventes détaillées et tableau de bord, Statistiques du stock détaillées et tableau de bord)
5- Backup process
6- Mail merge E-mailing to the customers
7- Sync e-commerce activities with (if possible SaaS) accounting module
