I need two HTML pages:

1. the header and footer is already designed and coded
2. the page is already designed.
3. see attached PDF of designs
4. I can supply .jpg files of the boxes in the design.
5. must work in IE, chrome, safari and firefox
Page One:
again, header and footer already created.

link to email must supply a subject line when they click on the email link.
Page Two:
1. header and footer created

3. the purple image 2/3 down from the top on the Left:
When clicking on this image it should expand and user should be able to click through four different images.
4. The oval to right - should have either a glow or a wave, can be accomplished by flash or other means.
5. there will be two versions of this page with only slight differences which are listed below:
A. header links will be different
B. one version will go in the root, one will go in a folder.
C. Slight verbiage difference from 1st green box only
D. Verbiage change in oval
E. Link associated with the oval will be different.
