$30 per day Adsense site, seo optimized Adsense website

Hello Freelancers,
Good day to all!
This project is fairly easy for professionals who are highly knowledgeable with adsense. The objective of this project is to create a websites that earns an average of US$20 per day. I am looking for 2 freelancers to work with for the long haul. The freelancer(s) will need to:
1) Setup Google Analytics account for me
2) Build a website. Pick any niche that can be interesting long term but must be approved by me before execution.
3) Come up with a domain name. I'll be in charge of domain registration and hosting fee and we will send you the hosting login info.
4) Show me your methods of how you direct traffic to website
5) Show me proof of income and daily static after 30 days of website launch containing Unique Visitors, Unique Clicks, Number of Visitors etc.
6) Show me your previous successful adsense optimised websites that you have done with proof of earnings and testimonial(if any).
Websites:
1) You will need to write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website.
2) Website contents needs to be unique, original(must pass copyscape) and interesting to attract visitor and for SEO
purposes.
3) Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads
4) Website needs to generate at least 30 USD Per Day to my adsense account long term
Terms and conditions:
1) Use only white hat SEO
2) Website must be Adsense and SEO optimised
3) You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations.
4) Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic and clicks no bots or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat etc.
6) Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on both websites. I don't want my adsense account to be banned. I' d come after you.
7) Google Panda-proofed
8) No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content on both websites
Bottomline:
Do anything(legally) required so that website generates AT LEAST 30 USD to my adsense account per day but do NOT NEGLECT THE TERMS & CONDITIONS of Google
Budget: $150-200 USD
Payment method : Paypal or Via [url removed, login to view] Only
Payment duration: No advances/milestone. develop the website and shall not take any payment from me, but when site is earning a regular daily $10-15 usd from adsense then I will pay $200 (USD)
