Cafe Ordering web app

Require a cross-platform compliant web app to offer quick online ordering services for a cafe. The app needs to be sleek, simplified and have the following functionalities: - Admin screen to customize logo, color schemes, enable/disable products - Retrieve list of products from MySQL backend - Inject a MySQL statement to create order to cafe - List in dropdown list of multiple cafe branches, to allow clients to select the closest one. Also, if the web app is being used on a mobile, to retrieve location services to work out local branch - Notification via email of confirmed order - UI must be designed with large sleek design, but must comply with detected screen sizes - Language to be written is in PHP, jQuery and MySQL
