Customize Existing Joomla Template

Hi,

I would like to hire a freelancer to customized our existing joomla templates as per mockup sample attached :

Mockup Sample :

Our Existing Design are as per attachment :

We also would like the customized template to fix our overlap image issue as per the attachment :

Additionally we would like the customized template to :

- Center body to auto stretch if the image is bigger.

- Change module color more or like the same as [url removed, login to view]

- All module positiona as nearest as possible as in [url removed, login to view]

Please note that we will require support for future script customization for this project.

All payment will be escrowed and will only release if the project is in satisfactory.

The provider should communicate using Yahoo Messenger to avoid delay in communication.

P/S : Please repeat what you understand based on the attachment in the PM for us to confirmed you have read and understood our requirement.
