Update/Changes/Additions to simplify Joomla Site

We need to update our website to the next PROFESSIONAL level. Our company is a young sports, and recration brand with fresh ideas, and a young audience. We want to be at the forefront of the latest and greatest in applications, and web tools.
The website is built, so there is no large building to be done, just some tweaking.
Right now our registration process is not clean cut, we want the registration process to be all on one page, with payment options. We require professional advice on how to make this the simplest process for our customer. (people register for our sports here)
We need to create events (sports), and registrations often, so if possible teaching our tech person to be able to do this themselves
All fonts, and the look and feel of the site to be polished, and complete (right now many fonts differ)
Drop down menus to match the look and feel of the rest of the site
Add a quick member login area including login, with facebook, and twitter options. (this also acts as a newsletter subsciptions - possible integration with mailchimp)
Wordpress Blog to be integrated into the site, including RSS feed on homepage, and automated blog feed sent to FB, and Twitter.
We want to add a Youtube video to the home page
We want to add a noticeboard to the bottom of the home page with quick, current information.
We want professional advice, and feedback on the website, and areas we can engage our audience, build our presence on google, and also chnage the website to be as user friendly, and interactive, and effective as possible.
