We have an immediate need to modify our current website with some new/changed sections that so that they can be managed by a non-programmer and readily editable by a layman. This isn't a design make-over, but it needs to be fluid with our current format.
We are looking at adding a "quality" readily editable calendar integration, upcoming events section, blog section as well as an uploadable area for photos with a text section. The calendar section exists already, but not a functional calendar, the upcoming events section exists, but it is not serviceable outside of HTML at present.

Note: The site is not currently written in Joomla or Wordpress all HTML). We will consider a 100% functional conversion to Joomla (or other)as an option to be bid on, but would simply prefer to maintain current functionality with the existing website and code, with just the updates requested.
