Bajet $1500-5000 USD

I ugently require someone with the full knowledge and experience to take on a project of creating a dedicated auction web-site.

This will include the creation and design of all pages, software providing, implementation and long term troubleshooting support.

Ultimately this auction site will be popular (both buyers and sellers) from the word go and needs to be easy for all users to navigate and operate once registered.

Willing to discuss all possibilities.

Other key features MUST include a buyer/seller correspondance interface, newsletter option, keyword search and user feedback options. (Similar to those services used by ebay)

Priority will be given to UK freelancers (only because of logistics)however all bids are more than welcome.

All applicants must be willing to sign a non disclosure agreement at the start of project and aim to provide a fully operational site before end of July 2006 ready for buyers and sellers alike to start using.
