E-Commerce site config & logo modification (SunShop X-Cart)

This is my second attempt at using GAF. This bid request will be a bit more precise now that I’ve learned the ropes a little. We need 2 services; if you feel you can do both, or just one, please let me know. Service # 1: I am looking for an E-Commerce/Cart package for a small modern/contemporary direct ship furniture company. The cart package we are interested in is SunShop or X-cart however we are open to something else provided it has the following key features: Drop Ship Management, Modify Shopping Cart, WYSIWYG Web Authoring, SEO Friendly URLs, Bulk Inventory Management, Quickbooks Export, PCI Compliant, and Multiple Product Images/Configuration Choices. Otherwise, I will purchase and install SunShop or X-Cart on my domain and then I would need someone to create a custom template page or heavily modify/convert an existing template. SunShop is 100% template based and according to their docs is all HTML/CSS. Both carts are 100% template based HTML/CSS and as I understand it, this should be easier than or as easy to modify as Oscommerce. The site needs to look modern, edgy and clean. Service # 2 We need a company logo. We have created a temporary logo however it is lacking and could use some rework. Please message me for details about the company and what we are looking for in a logo. We would prefer to have a US company so that we can easily communicate via voice regarding changes, issues, ideas. However we would not rule out international if their response time is good during US CDT/CST hours and their English is solid. We would like the winner to also provide us with support in the future for SEO optimization, merchant services integration, and site changes as our cart software upgrades. If you have zero GAF feedback you must be willing to do the work in advance. If you have great GAF feedback we will escrow the funds and release them as the work is done in 25% increments. Time is important we would like to be live with the site by Nov. 1 if possible. If you can’t start immediately please let me know.
