New Business Brokerage Website & Logo Design

I'm in the process of creating a new image for an existing Business Brokerage Company. Need a new site and a new logo designed to go along with our new name ([login to view URL]). The new site will have 6 - 8 pages initially (Home, Businesses For Sale, Financing, Sell Your Business, Services, About Us). Design will need to look and feel very professional. A fairly simplistic design with no Flash or Animation. Will need to be able to add and remove new business listings as they are listed & sold.
