Redesign of Landing page - 1 page only

I have a website that is nearly complete apart form the landing page. I know what want and how I want it to look but would like other designers to give me a feel of how they should make it look. You must have experience in HTML and Photoshop/Illustrator or something similar. Please look at the attachment where you will find my URL. Also in the attachment I have given the websites for my competitors so you can get a feel for how I want this to look. The search box needs to be included in the updated page but most other things can change. If you are unsure or want further information from me then please ask.
