Unofficial investor web site

I need a simple web site that will be used by about 2000 investor, mostly age 50+. I need a forum and several blogs as well as a library for pdf. documents and links to court sites. I also need a project gallery where I can post pictures and maps of various RE properties.

I currently have vBulletin hosted on Site ground. I used their Wizard to develop a simple site but there is no forum option. I think that I would like to integrate the vBulletin forum into the Site Ground site unless there is a better option.

I have a short time for execution.
