Urgent! Need email HTML template cleaned up or re-worked

I need a freelancer who has experience with email marketing templates. I have a small email template that has very sloppy HTML coding and the slices aren't aligning properly, the fonts don't match etc... It has already been sliced, but I will need the code re-worked or totally re-done if necessary, so that it looks just like the image that I will provide. This needs to follow email marketing guidelines as laid out by infoUSA. I will attach the pdf. It needs to be all HTML and tables. It can't be divs or css. I will provide: - the image of what it needs to look like, -all of the sliced images, -the current sloppy HTML code and image You will provide: -new coding that is clean and follows email marketing guidelines and looks just like the image I provide. This needs to be completed tonight, and I will test it on InfoUSA's system and once I make sure that it looks like the image I sent, then I will release payment. I will attach the infoUSA's pdf so you can see the guidelines, but I imagine that someone who does this knows and that this should be a fairly quick project.
