Wordpress product variations

We have a wordpress website, actually a restaurant, which uses WP E-commerce plugin as the webshop. We need to make some changes within the variations and how the shopping cart works and orders are sent by mail. The functions we want can be seen on [login to view URL], which is a similar site, only not using wp e-commerce. 1. We want to make a second variation group on each product. Let say that the customer has the oppurtunity to choose pizza with following variations 1. Regular 2. Deep Pan 3. XL. Then we also want them to be able to select extras for the pizza, eg. bacon, cheese, tomatos, mushrooms etc. So the first variation controls the prices for the size and the function in WP E-commerce for this is good. Then we want the second varition possibility, where the extras can be checked in a checkbox with multiple choises available and then added to the basket (shopping cart). The extra products has to be priced upon the size of the pizza, so if it is XL pizza, the extras can eg. cost dobbel up. The second variation shall be controlled in the same way in the admin panel as the first variations are. 2. We want the second variations added to the basket/shopping cart under the main product with a +. like "+ mushrooms 2 $". The function mentioned can be seen on the mentioned page [login to view URL] under the menu "bestilling". Furthermore we also want the possibility of removing single item from the basket/shopping cart, instead of emtying the cart completely. 3. The way the shopping cart works and lists the products, should also appear in the same way, when the shop gets an email with the order. The webpage we want this done for has the url www.baguetteco.dk. We have made some modifications in the way which the [login to view URL] looks like, but nothing that will disturbe the work. Therefore we need the developer to work on our specific files from FTP and databases. The FTP codes and others will be provided, when we have choosen the person for the job.
