Wordpress theme website to work with Paypal

I am looking for someone to make me a simple wordpress theme like: [login to view URL] I am selling phone cards and want the different phone providers like that site, and have the different money amount like that with layout. I also like how the Paypal checkout pop up after you click on one to buy. There a couple of features I want for the theme, like the number of cards in stock, when someone order one, it subtracts one from that stock so when are none left, it shows sold out. Then when I add more in stock, I edit the amount of stock and users can buy again. I want the ability to add different phone providers and the different money amount. And then the title and description of the product when a user clicks on it. That's mostly it. Let me know how much it will cost, thanks.
