222072 Article Submission & Directory

Hi

This is a very simple project for someone with the right skills.

This is an urgent project and a programmer will be selected asap

A lot of simple CMS's have many of these features built in and may just need editing, we are happy to use code that you have already created aes long as the project meets our requirements. This must use a simple CMS

Project:

We are wanting an article submission website directory with a separate web directory attached to it.

I have attached a full description.

We are happy for this to be developed in php using mysql or .net using mssql but please specify what language you are using when bidding.
