USA based debt-settlement and loan-modification agency seeks experienced sales pro's for commission only, home-based work. No monthly fees, agents will receive free training, marketing materials, and full use of agency client-enrollment software. Up to 30% commission availing. USA residents preferred, but international applicants with excellent English skills and experience in phone sales will be given serious consideration. This position requires a high-speed internet connection, and a reliable long-distance telephone service (VOIP ONLY for international applicants. Parties interested will post a brief resume. Approved parties will be required to print and mail signed copies of independent contractor's agreement, company ethics agreement, compensation agreement, and USA tax form form 1099 (USA RESIDENTS ONLY)

Marketing positions also available. duties include posting classified ads, email marketing, handing out flyer's (USA residents only), and other duties related to lead-generation. any reffered lead that results in an enrollment will earn between $10-100 in cash, and a 5% residual commission. this opportunity is open to anyone who speaks English and has an email address (Printer/ fax a plus)

It must have sufficient bandwidth to reliably host 50+ visitors at a time, and I expect website developer to guarantee a minimum of 10,000 LEGITIMATE hits a day. Budget for this project is $500 over 90 days. Interested web developers will submit a detailed resume, with at least 3 professional references and 3 verifiable examples of recently completed work. winning bidder will also receive a contract to maintain and promote the site, details of which to be offered on a case-by-case basis. The website MUST be up and running within less then 5 days after awarding of the bid, or developer will forfeit all monies in escrow.
