Customise a web site template purchased from template monster

I have purchased a Frontpage website template from template monster and need it customised. This will include:
1. Changing the name and some of the titles
2. Changing some pics
3. Adding some charts
4. Adding a PayPal facility
5. Allowing me to easily edit text or add text on certain web pages
6. Add a password locked area for a few web pages
To get an idea of what is involved the temlate can be viewed at the monster site. The web site I have purchased is number 9117
I am not sure how to upload the files, as the size is around 21 Mb.
