Pay per minute video webcam model website

What i need done

1. Website made for adult webcam pay per minute video chat, i would like for it to be very simple and easy to use. i would like more icons and pictures, then i do words. For an example of the software and page design please visit [login to view URL] i want something better then this or atleast comparable.

2. i would also like the adult site fully built, easy to use and maintain is a must something that can either be ran by the members or models and can sign themselves up without having to download any software. nice graphics and maybe flash player but simpler is always better, my main goal is to make the site look as professional and well put together as i can,( for a adult site anyways).. i would like for it to look very close to [login to view URL] and camwithhim.com.. also good example is [login to view URL]

3. Blog and forum are important also but can be added later.. i'll include pics of a example video software program.. and forum area

4. I would like this done very fast and up and running making money even if it isnt perfect, it can always be fixed and added to once the site is up and making money

*once this site is made i will need a few more that are similar
