o Note to Client: Your floor plan MUST include arrows to show the direction of view if you are requesting perspectives. Please number the arrows accordingly starting with the #1.

o Upload files (include instructions for scanning paper to make it easier for them, make sure that instructions include how to size them for 8.5”’ X 11” printout) o Fax files (can fax# be connected to server? If not, then I will have to manually handle faxed files)

o Declines Estimate (I need to know why they declined and do something to get their business at this point)

o Check via mail (must clear, website will know that check is pending and await my approval)

o At least 50% must be paid

o Receives notification that preliminary work is ready for approval. Work will not continue until client approves this phase. (Should I make them pay balance due at this point)

o Receives notification that final product is ready for payment and pickup. Client can review files but not download or print until payment has cleared.

o Receives deliverables (via method requested at time of order)

 

DDI Representative (Jennifer)

o Manages RFQS (checks for missing info, takes off confidential info)

o Manages Projects

o Manages which contractors get approved for work with DDI

o Manages any files that come in as hard copies.

o Manages bookkeeping

 

Potential Sub-contractor

o Can view new job scope only

o Can Register to be approved for future jobs

o Can upload sample files to prove capabilities

o Take online test that would give them a rating in their area of work

Approved Sub-contractor

o Reviews RFQ and submits estimate and time frame

o Waits for approval from DDI to go ahead with project

o Executes the project, delivers the files to DDI for approval

o Delivers the time sheets to DDI

o Gets paid via method approved at time of contract with DDI

o Need DDI stickers to seal snail mail drawings. (Gold, fancy oval shape)

o Need to automate postcards and reminders for advertising, xmas cards etc.
