Configure a scraper website running on wordpress with article spinning

Hello, I want a scraper site configured on Wordpress - it can use existing tools and plugins. I want the site to automatically and autonomously scrape content based on keywords, I want it so that altering these keywords is easy. Content should ideally come from websites found via google results / alerts - or the open web (rather than from article provider services) I want the content to be spun, and a system where multiple articles can be automatically processed and combined into new articles. The sophistication of how these articles are combined isn't that important - ie it doesn't need to make full logical sense to the reader. I also want it to scrap images separately / additionally and add these to the articles produced (or advise on how to achieve something similar) All this should happen on the server where Wordpress is installed or utilising spinning services hosted elsewhere - I do not want to use further hardware to perform scraping etc. Beyond the cost of your work I would like to have this set up and running either for free, a one time cost, or as cheaply as possible if subscription services are used.
