We are a sourcing company for clients looking to buy products for their own personal use or to resell. We are looking to have an Airtable database set up that can track key information but also be used as a project management basis that will track the status as it moves through the project pipeline. We predict that the database will contain less than 10,000 products in total.
The portal is only for our employees to be able to add and edit data to the database. I would prefer to have some simple forms for the data entry (easily possible with Airtable Forms) and someway for the employees to edit the data as necessary through the portal not from within Airtable directly. I have seen other solutions such as Stacker or [login to view URL] but would prefer not to have to pay for additional subscription model to have those portal interfaces.
The Project management portion is only to track the status of each product we are trying to source for out customer - Simplicity is our main goal. Here is a brief idea of what we will want to have in the CRM and PM:
