asp.net drag and drop editor (like MailChimp)

We are looking for someone to develop a drag and drop editor similar to mailchimp's interface. It must work exactly like [login to view URL] with all the same features and similar design/interface. It must be developed in asp.net 4.5 with vb.net so that we can then integrate it into an existing asp.net web application we have developed. This will be used as an email editor to create email designs so the html generated by the editor must be compatible with all email clients and must be mobile responsive (like the [login to view URL] editor) Important notes: We currently use this plugin for our web application but it has expensive monthly fees so we need someone to develop the same thing for us so that we own it and don't have to pay monthly fees (plus can then expand on it with extra customisations) It needs to be developed in asp.net 4.5 and vb.net as that's what we need to integrate it with our web application. Experience in developing a drag and drop editor like this would be preferable
