Let me start this description by saying this first....I just finished chatting with a blockchain Freelancer, where I tried to offer him the job directly based upon identical job & price he bid on previously. So, he started off with a low price then a higher price immediately after we entered chat, then when I asked him for examples of previous work, he responded with a 3rd higher price again. I never changed my description, yet he increased his price TWICE. I am telling all of you who may bid on this job, firstly, I am not a buyer who is just plating around or just curious, and I am not a newbie or a fool, and I HATE that game by many of the Freelancers of immediately throwing out a low bid an amount that you have no intention of doing the job for, in order to make sure they quickly get in front of the buyer before he makes a choice. I am not going to rush my choice of Freelancer, so you will have ample ability to get your questions answered and place your bid. In other words, you do not need to throw out a fake bid quickly, in fear of missing the point that a customer will award the job to another Freelancer, because some buyers choose a Freelancer right away. Therefore, I am informing all of you that I will choose and award this project at 5PM UTC on Tuesday, April 2nd 2019.
