Build an Online Store

Estimated development time: 150 hrs I am looking to develop a web platform that offers home testing kits to patients with a certain medical problem, then offer virtual consultations and options for treatment as well as patient education for this condition. The web site must include: - A modern HTML-5 landing page with the standard sales/landing page structure - The creation of an online assessment tool specific to the medical condition - An e-commerce ability for patients to order the test kits and/or consultation - A backend where patients can view their results in a visually pleasing format, as well as clinic notes - A backend for company staff to interact with patients and generate clinic notes All this will be stored on a secured, HIPAA compliant web server and so the code must take this into account. I want a developer that will be willing to scale the project up in the future to include many more features as the business model proves itself.
