We have a Joomla instance which is so far configured with the following:

*JD Atlanta Theme - our developer originally installed Joomla with this suggested template. We need advice on using this template.
We require a Joomla site where on the public page people are presented with a pricing table of our VM's and can purchase them, this is already on our dev site demonstrated and we have a list of items. On a first time basis this will result in a sign-up, on a returning customer basis they will login and place the order.
If a customer would like to ammend one of their existing monthly subscriptions, we need a way to accomplish this also.
Each customer, when logged in to the site, will be presented with a webpage containing custom read-only fields that are unique to the customer (a single master record per customer) and also unique to their service (multiple records per customer consisting of one single record per VPS/storage service). For example these records will present supporting information on their services, such as usernames and passwords, plus hostnames of where to login.
For support, we would like an app where a ticket is raised by customers with issues or questions, and email is dispatched automatically to them and us, if all parties can reply by email to update their ticket then that would be great.
On the public site, we would like the ability to have a knowledge base for anyone to be able to see, this would be our support library and we will add and modify the content for this regularly. Customers would use this to search through before raising a support ticket, so being searchable would be ideal.
A blog which we can update regularly with news and specifics is required, this needs to be simplistic in nature.
We are always open to advice, ideas and innovation, so if you are inclined in such a way then please do consider this. Also, this is a site for a web hosting company, if you have any experience in creating sites in this area then that is preferential to us.
