Build a SEO-powerful website for a digital marketing consulting company with Wordpress

Hi Freelancers!
For our new company, we are looking for a freelancer to build our website with Wordpress.
Our company will be a digital marketing consulting company operating only in Italy.
We are SEO experts but not able to code or create graphic design
We will buy a domain and a hosting on Siteground and then we will leave it to you to create the template, set it up and set up the related plugins for us.
The final result should be a website in which we can just add images and text and publish it.
REQUIREMENTS:
As we will mostly attract traffic through our company blog (which will be done within the website), SEO is crucial for us.
Here a list of some basic specific requirements:

You will not have to think about the text to write into the website, just the template, then we will substitute the text.
We will give you some inspiration example for each page template of the pages, and we will also give a clear idea about the website architecture.
Please specify in your cost quote if the template and plugin costs are included or we would have to pay them on top. Please also specify what would be your recommended starting template for such website.
