Setup a small eCommerce website that produces a single user customized physical product. Currently I am using wordpress with woo commerce but can adjust if needed. Here is a document that explains the scope in a bit more detail. I highly suggest that you read this. [login to view URL] Here is a super basic overview of the project. There are 3 main parts to this project: 1) Setting up the actual store with 1 - 3 simple pages. Landing page. About page. Most of the design will be provided for this. May need minor design tweaks. Mobile first responsive design across all major OS. 2) Build a simple friendly interface that allows users to upload photos from instagram/facebook/personal device storage and constructs a rendering of the product for them. This is the biggest piece of the project. Most likely you would have to build this piece on a sub domain and have it live outside wordpress. Again, need this responsive and need it to work beautifully on mobile. 3) Upon checkout, in the background, construct a 2 page printable hi-res PDF that takes the high quality user selected images and deposits them on a pre defined template. This template is then sent to the printers most likely via email for now. Customer/User never sees this template. Of course usual testing/bug fixing/QA. Opportunity to work on this hourly in future.
