Build me a web app

I want to make a Leaderboard application for Fortnite Tournaments. The game gives you the replays in binary format, but there are 3 different parsers which I can give you access of. The parsers transform the binary data into json data or into a list of strings like: 00:12 Player1 killed Player10 0:45 Player80 killed Player3 Given the time the system has to give rank per time, for example the last player alive lasted 24 minutes, the second 23:45, etc. Depending of the position each player is awarded with a determined amount of points Each kill count as 1 point and the position points are variable if the mode is solo or duos. Each tournament consists of 5 to 10 games so if player1 had 5 kills in game1 and 3 in game2 the points should be added as every replay is entered into the system. When the mode is duos the points obtained by each member should be added into the team points (there should be an option to group two usernames(players) and rename it as their name team). Wrapping up everything: -I want a web app where I can upload the replay file and automatically add points to the players and transform into a leaderboard. -There should be option to choose between solo and duo, if it is duo you can group two different players and rename the duo as you like for example: Tom32 and Alex21=== renamed as TEAM FIRE (This is the name that appears in the website) -As you keep adding replays the points adds up to the previous replays -You can do this in a stylized table or in a embed excel document , I don’t care -I want to be able to save the tournaments in the website or to export them into a xls o csv I want to know how much this would cost and about the time you don’t have to be rush I have a lot of time.
