We are looking for a website developer/builder to build a consultancy website from scratch with about 25 to 30 pages, write new content and upload existing content we have already written, and publish the website once is has matched similar website and meet regulatory requirement.
The website is for a small consultancy and technical writing website for R&D tax incentive claim. It would something similar to these website. But would have a section solely for clients who only require support with content writing or writing the narrative for their claim.

It should be in this order - About ..., (1 page) Services (360 R&D Claim (1 page), R&D assessment/interview and technical narrative writing service (1 page), Eligibility (1 page), Assessment (1 page), Industries (about 15 pages), Claim (1 page), Case studies (1 page), Partnership (Lega, Accountants (1 page)), News/updates (1 page).
The website need to be compatible with iPhone, iPad and Android devices and auto adjustable designs according to the different screen sizes. It need to be Cross Browser Support for IE, Mozilla, Opera, FireFox, Netscape, Safari and others. Intuitive navigation system.
Add query form to generate more lead on the website/lead generation capabilities.
We have a domain with fasthost and the website can be built on wordpress.
