Build a Wilcity Website/directory with corresponding app

Eco Directory Requirments The purpose of this directory to provide people with a database of: Companies Services Events That have a one or more positive environmental/social impact - or - operates in a way that has a positive (or less harmful ) to the environment and/or humanity. This directory will have a wide reaching list of categories that covers nearly all services that people typlcally use, I would like all listing be required to manually approved before they are listed on the directory. This would require an alert system that would send an email to a email address with the relevant information about the listing so that I can contact them directly and to see if there company should be on the directory and if the information they have added to their listing is accurate. The email sent to me should contain contain the name of their company, the tags they want with their listing, and their contact infomation. The people who submitted the listing should be prompted with a message after they have submitted there listing, that it has been sent off for approval and someone will be in contact with them to confirm their details. With the events, I would like any event added by an account that dosent have a pre-exisiting listing to require manual approval, but any event that comes from an account that has an approved listing can post an event without needing to get manual approval. Once they have been approved they won’t need manual approval to make edits to their listing. I would like to set up a Google ad sense account to show banner ads on the free listing (Eco-Starter). I would like there to be three package options for listings Eco-Starter: $0 AUD per year Eco-Warrior: $9.95 AUD per year Eco-Captain: $29.95 AUD per year I want people to be able to submit Posts to the website, but only after they have a pre-existing approved listing on the directory. I want to have they 2 types of regestration/member types for the directory. Subscribers Authors The Subscibers will have there own login and be able to bookmark companies and events. This is for people who want to use these companies and keep track of events in their area. The Authors will be able to submit listing and events. Billing type: Recurring payment (subscription) Payment methods should include Paypal & Stripe They Authors will also need the ability to setup their own coupons for their products I require the search options to include Catagory (the type of business) Tags (Environmentlly friendly features) Location (distance/radius from where you are) I would like this directory to be used worldwide and be region set up I would like the login option to include the standard email & password but also social medai logins. The page builder I am most familiar with is elementor and I would like most of the design to make the most of what was included in the Wilcity directory theme. I have started but have made a mess of the whole thing so I think it would be best for you to delete my work and start again. I will give you collaborator access (sitegrounds) to the website. This should give you all the access you need. Currently the website is on a temporary domain name. I will need to sort out what the name of the site will be and what the logo will be along with other branding. This is a preliminary list of requirements of what I want with this directory.
