We would like to hire a freelancer who is a WordPress expert and who has worked with the Studio Press Real Estate theme before. [login to view URL] We would like to build a website that is very similar to this one: [login to view URL] We currently have a website, [login to view URL], but it is focused on a larger region of Nicaragua. We would like for the new website to focus on the Tola region of Nicaragua only. If possible, we would like to be able to input listings once on [login to view URL] and to be able to specify whether or not the listing would also be populated to the new website. We are not sure if this requirement can be accomplished within our budget, we are looking for a recommendation. An important requirement is regarding our CRM and email platform. We currently use MailChimp for our email platform and we use Follow Up Boss for our CRM. We need for the contact forms on the site to integrate with Follow Up Boss and MailChimp, meaning when someone fills out a form, a new contact should be created in Follow Up Boss and a new subscriber should be created in MailChimp.
