We want to add one more in this crowded space. "Trade Cars and Generate Leads through Negotiation" Site will be for Sellers/ Dealers to upload their inventory (subset or all) and get quality leads from our website as we will provide intuitive and easy to use website with Negotiation capabilities (just integrate existing APIs from one of the negotiation service providers). Development Approach: First week -- I will work with your product manager / technical lead to explain my needs at a high level. Your product manager does research and fills details in form of PRD for your development team Week 2 - Mock-up/ Design/ Wireframe -- Decide on professional UI/ Design for key pages (7-8 out of 18). Week 3 - a) Ability for sellers/ dealers to register (sign-up/ sign-in) b) Upload their inventory in our site. Upload cars with images, product details, make, model, features, etc. in most easiest and elegant way. c) We provide them seller specific catalog (with their logo, name, address in header) and we will also have an unified product catalog (mixed from all sellers). Product Catalog will have filters like show cars by year, make/model, zip, etc. d) Integrate API#1-2 from negotiation services from seller side Week 4 - Product Catalog and Product Details Page -- where buyer can make decision whether to buy or counter-offer or negotiate -- make sure everything is ready for buyer/ website visitor to make decision Week 5 - Integrate APIs from other industries/ market data/ negotiation history so we can provide some intelligence about market data (sold price by zip, past negotiation data, demographics, etc) Week 6 - Buyer's Offer comes in through Negotiation Button (like Paypal button). Get all details from buyer and send details to negotiation server by integrating RESTFUL API Week 7 - (a) End to end Flow - Update UI, Changes, Content Draft. Update final content through CMS or otherwise. (b) Admin UI and My Account (for Seller's to see/ view/ edit their inventory in our portal). Week 8 - Missing features, Work on Sales/ marketing Pages (fixed content), Header, Footer, ... Bug Fixes, .. Final Changes .. Production Launch Readiness, Documentation, Test Results, ... Key Focus/ Features a) 18 pages -- like eCommerce for Cars -- Some fixed content ..
