Dating and Travel site

For a dating and travel site ([login to view URL]) we need a more professional design. Wishes: - multi-language support - placing travel information (text and pictures) - placing profiles whit photo (change made by the owner of the site) - information request form - all based on a CMS (Joomla preferred). The company is in a start-up phase so the budget is limited. In the future if business goes well the customer wants to expand the site whit payment gateway and option that customers can place there own profile and upload photo’s. But these are things for the future. We are looking for a someone who is experienced and you show me example projects.
