So far what i see from the overall description, it seems there are 4 types of users: Admin Suppliers Affiliates customers am i correct? Now as you said you want to use Javascript, i would suggest to use below stack: Frontend: Angular or React Backend: Nodejs/express ( if you have existing API's we can use that) Database: mongoDB/mySQL Above stack is a complete Javascript stack and this stack will say Universal javascript. Now as i see in the project description, you have just given a brief of a project and what user will do what and very vague details about the big app. it would be really good if you share detail specification of all the features so it will really help us to clarify the project further. About the design of the portal, do you have designs of the site available? do we need to follow the existing PHP site features and designs? Regarding this app, we need to divide the whole project into a small milestones so that we can release the project in weekly sprints so this way whatever features are developed, it is released on the staging server as well. we will use GIT/bitbucket for code collaboration or any project management tool for project progress. Hi there! Keeping realistic dates, I have just 2 members team so going to invest full time working on this and obviously support my work even after project completion. Frontend - I recommend Vue.js over Angular but if you have already evaluated pros cons then lets go with Angular. I would say we can break the project into milestones and work incremental fashion. Better to use some task tracker that way we can be updated on what is done and what needs to be done.
